Ribwort Plantain

Ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata) is a natural nutritional supplement suitable for horses, dogs and cats. It contains mucilaginous substances, aucubin, flavonoids, saponins and vitamins, which have significant anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and healing effects. It is beneficial for the respiratory tract, digestion, skin and overall immunity.

It is suitable for internal and external use.

As a dietary supplement it is recommended:

• to relieve cough and loosen phlegm
• in inflammations of the upper respiratory tract and bronchi
• to aid digestion and healing of the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestines
• as a support for immunity and detoxification
• for stopping minor bleeding and wound healing
• in urinary tract inflammation

Feeding method: suitable for daily feeding, alone or as part of the feed. Dried and crushed leaf or decoction is most commonly used.
