1) About Registration

We declare that the data is used solely for identification purposes when purchasing from "YARO TRADE s.r.o." online store and will not be provided to third parties or otherwise misused. By confirming registration, you agree to receive promotional emails from "YARO TRADE s.r.o." online store.

2) Acceptance and Processing of Orders, Purchase Agreement

The buyer's order is a proposal for a purchase agreement, and the purchase agreement itself is concluded at the moment of delivery of the binding consent of both the buyer and the seller to this proposal (binding confirmation of the order by the seller). From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the buyer and the seller.

By concluding the purchase agreement, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions, including the complaint policy. The buyer is sufficiently informed of these terms and conditions and the complaint policy by placing the order and has the opportunity to familiarize themselves with them.

The seller reserves the right to cancel an order or part of it before the conclusion of the purchase agreement in the following cases: the goods are no longer manufactured or supplied, or the price of the supplied goods has changed significantly. If this situation occurs, the seller will immediately contact the buyer to agree on further action. If the buyer has already paid part or the entire purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to their account, and the purchase agreement will not be concluded. All orders received by this store are binding. An order can be canceled before its dispatch. If an order is not canceled before dispatch and is shipped, the customer may be charged for costs associated with the dispatch of the goods. You are automatically informed about the acceptance of your order by email.

The estimated delivery time for out-of-stock goods is shown in the details of each product and in the order confirmation. For each item, it is displayed whether the goods are in stock or not. If the goods are not in stock or in the supplier's warehouse, we will immediately inform you about the next delivery date.

3) Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, we consider the order canceled. You can send the cancellation by email or by phone. When canceling an order, you must provide your name, email, and order number.

4) Types of Shipping by Public Carriers:

4.1) Goods Delivered by Slovak Post - Commercial Parcel

Goods are delivered by the transport company Slovak Post. The shipping price is displayed immediately after selecting the shipping method. Claims for shipments are possible within 3 days of delivery, provided that the damage was not apparent at the time of handover!

The price does not include any other services, as Slovak Post does not offer them. If the recipient is not reached, a delivery notification will be left in their mailbox. The shipment can be picked up at the specified post office or redelivery can be requested. For these shipments, no communication with the carrier is possible, and we have no possibility to influence or closely track the shipment. The maximum weight of one package is 20 kg.

The shipping price is displayed immediately after selecting the shipping method. Claims for shipments are possible only upon receipt!

ATTENTION! If the package is visibly damaged, or if the protective tape is broken, file a complaint directly with the carrier. The supplier is not responsible for damages incurred during transport.

4.2) Goods Delivered via Packeta Service

Goods are delivered by the transport company Packeta. The shipping price is displayed immediately after selecting the shipping method. Claims for shipments are possible within 3 days of delivery, provided that the damage was not apparent at the time of handover!

The price does not include any other services, as Slovak Post does not offer them. If the recipient is not reached, a delivery notification will be left in their mailbox. The shipment can be picked up at the specified post office or redelivery can be requested. 5) Warranty

You will always find the tax document in the package. The warranty period begins on the date stated on the document. The warranty period is stated for each product in the product details. In disputed cases, the warranty period may be extended by 5 (five) days as compensation for shipping time.

6) Discrepancy with the Purchase Agreement - General Information

If, upon receipt by the buyer, the item is not in accordance with the purchase agreement (hereinafter "discrepancy with the purchase agreement"), the buyer has the right to have the seller, free of charge and without undue delay, bring the item into a state corresponding to the purchase agreement, either by exchanging the item or by repairing it, according to the buyer's request; if such a procedure is not possible, the buyer may demand a reasonable discount from the price of the item or withdraw from the contract. This does not apply if the buyer knew about the discrepancy with the purchase agreement before taking over the item or caused the discrepancy with the purchase agreement themselves. A discrepancy with the purchase agreement that becomes apparent within six months from the date of taking over the item shall be considered as existing at the time of its takeover, unless it contradicts the nature of the item or unless the contrary is proven.

We provide a warranty period for the goods as mandated by law.

7) Consumer's Right to Withdraw from the Contract

If the purchase agreement is concluded by means of distance communication (in an online store), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods. In such a case, the consumer contacts the seller and, preferably in writing, states that they are withdrawing from the contract, providing the order number, date of purchase, and account number for a refund. Money can also be returned in cash at the company's registered office. The withdrawal from the contract must be delivered no later than the last day of the 30-day period. In special cases, taking into account the circumstances, the return period may be extended, but not for more than 30 days from delivery.

However, this provision of the law cannot be understood as a possibility for free rental of goods. If the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the performance, they must return everything they obtained based on the purchase agreement to the supplier. If this is no longer possible (e.g., in the meantime the goods were destroyed or consumed), the consumer must provide monetary compensation as consideration for what can no longer be returned. If the returned goods are only partially damaged, the seller may assert the right to compensation for damages against the consumer and set off their claim against the returned purchase price. In such a case, the seller is obliged to prove the damage incurred. In such a case, the seller returns only the thus reduced purchase price to the consumer.

The seller may also set off their actually incurred costs associated with returning the goods (transport costs, etc.) against the purchase price to be returned to the buyer.

7.1) The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of contracts:

  • for the provision of services, if their performance began with their consent before the expiry of the 30-day period from the receipt of performance,
  • for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the seller's control,
  • for the supply of goods modified according to the buyer's wishes or for their person, as well as goods that are subject to rapid spoilage, wear, or obsolescence,
  • for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer programs, if the buyer breaks their original packaging,
  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines, consisting of a game or lottery.

8) Delivery and Delivery Conditions

Some shipments may be divided into multiple packages. Shipping costs remain unchanged in such a case.

We track all shipments until their delivery, thus trying to prevent problems that arise during delivery.

How to proceed when returning goods:

Send the goods back to the address according to the description below using your chosen carrier.

How to prepare the shipment

The shipment must be complete (including accessories and all documentation) and in the condition in which you received it upon delivery. Attach the proof of purchase to the goods. Always use wrapping paper or cardboard so that the original packaging cannot be taped, written on, or otherwise devalued during transport. Do not send goods COD (cash on delivery); we recommend insuring the goods. Money will be returned to your bank account (don't forget to provide it), usually within 3 working days of receiving the shipment. In case of returning goods, the amount will be reduced by shipping costs (does not apply to complaints!).

9) Payment Methods

All payment methods can be selected before choosing shipping. All payment methods are included in the shipping price.

  • Payment in advance - when choosing this option, you will receive a pro forma invoice with all payment details. We will dispatch the goods after receiving payment in our bank account.
  • Cash on delivery - we will send you the ordered goods by post, and you will pay for them in cash upon receipt.

10) Security

When paying with payment cards, you don't have to worry about misuse. We use a verified payment gateway with the 3-D Secure protocol, supported by card associations. All internal information (passwords, names, operations) is encrypted. To increase speed, general information (information about individual product items) is not encrypted.

11) Complaints

If the goods you received from us are damaged or non-functional, proceed according to the complaint policy. The return of goods due to withdrawal from the contract is described in point 6 of the Terms and Conditions.

12) Complaint Policy

Products subject to the right to make a claim must be submitted for assessment immediately upon discovery of the defect, must be clean and with the appropriate documents and a description of the defect, or with the location of the defect marked.

How to proceed

In case of a complaint, you can choose two options, proceed according to the description below: Send the product to the address - "contact address". Shipping is paid by the seller. As soon as you know when and where we can pick up the shipment, contact us. The shipment must be complete (including accessories and all documentation) and in the condition in which you received it upon delivery. Attach the proof of purchase to the goods.

Always use wrapping paper or cardboard so that the original packaging cannot be taped, written on, or otherwise devalued during transport. Do not send goods COD (cash on delivery); in such a case, the goods will not be accepted. We recommend insuring the goods. Immediately upon receipt of the goods, you will receive a complaint protocol. The goods must be properly packaged for transport so that no further damage can occur. Defective or damaged goods will be replaced or the purchase price will be refunded.

All documents that the buyer received with the goods, such as a receipt, warranty card, and others, must be attached to the goods. The seller does not assume responsibility for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties, and damages from improper use of the products, as well as damages caused by external events and improper handling. The provided warranty does not cover defects of this origin. For hygienic reasons, goods are accepted for complaint only if properly cleaned. If the manufacturer provides a longer warranty, it is stated with the goods in the catalog.

For rejected complaints, costs for the complaint procedure and handling fees may be charged. You will be informed about the processing of the complaint by email or SMS. As with order delivery, you will be informed about the dispatch of the package and the delivery date. Thank you for the time you spent reading the terms and conditions.
