Turmeric

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a natural food supplement suitable for horses, dogs and cats. Thanks to its high content of curcumin, a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory substance, it has a positive effect on immunity, digestion, musculoskeletal system and overall vitality of the animal.

It is suitable for internal and external use.

As a dietary supplement it is recommended:

• to support the immune system and natural defences 
• for inflammation of joints, muscles and digestive tract
• to support liver detoxification and gallbladder function
• as an antioxidant in oxidative stress and ageing
• to improve mobility and recovery after exercise
• as support for skin problems and allergies

For external use it is suitable for skin inflammations, eczema and minor injuries (e.g. in the form of a paste).

Feeding method: suitable for daily feeding, alone or as part of the feed. For better absorption, it is recommended to combine with black pepper (piperine) and oil.

Dosage:

• horses: 15g/day
• dogs and cats: 15 - 20 mg/day per 1 kg of dog weight
